If you are a resident and do not have access to the portal, please contact us at (717) 745-2956, and we will send you the email link to sign up and/or gain access. Our team prioritizes after hours maintenance emergencies and work to address them within 30-60 minutes.

Gettysburg Overlook townhomes includes a choice of three or four-bedroom spacious floorplans with two-and-a-half bathrooms. They were designed with all the warmth, style, and amenities you want in your home. Each of them comes equipped with an air conditioner, ceilings fan, and a balcony/patio with a view!

We offer parking for all of our tenants and their guests. Our 3 story homes have an attached garage and a driveway and our 2 story townhomes have parking in front of the home. We also have overflow parking for your guests.

There are two fees associated with having pets, including a $350 non-refundable pet deposit plus a monthly $50 pet rental fee added directly to your online account.

We look forward to receiving your rental application online at www.rentgettysburg.com. Once your completed application is received, the approval process should only take 24-48 hours in most cases. Our leasing professionals will walk you through the application process and happy to answer any of your questions.

Yes! We recommend our third party provider, Resident Shield, because we've already done the work to negotiate the best rates for you and your family. Some other options for renters insurance, we accept are Progressive, Geico, and Nationwide Mutual Insurance.

We offer Comcast internet and cable set-up in our units. They offer quick and easy setup to your new home with just a phone call.

The nearest cross street to our location is Regiment Drive. You are also located close to downtown Gettysburg. Downtown is filled with unique shops, restaurants and more!

Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
